Sri Lanka will reopen to tourism in June
Sri Lanka plans to reopen to tourism from 1 June. It is lifting its temporary ban on inbound travellers, except those who have been in India during the last two weeks.
It will follow a 10-day lockdown to contain rising Covid-19 infections.
Sri Lanka has capped capacity of all incoming flights at a maximum off 75 passengers. All foreign tourists must produce a negative PCR test result, and additional testing is required upon arrival.
