Stansted Express, the rail-air link between Liverpool Street Station and Stansted Airport, has teamed up with no-frills airline Buzz to offer customers a discount of up to £6 off normal Stansted Express fares when they book on the buzz website.

Commenting on the deal, Marcus Wright, marketing manager at Stansted Express said: “The partnership is great news for Stansted Express as it gives us the opportunity to reach buzz customers as they book their flights, which is an ideal time to encourage customers to buy their onward travel.

“The ticket on departure technology and our partnership with buzz will take us one step closer to offering customers seamless travel between London and their ultimate destination.”

Sally Johansson, e-commerce manager Buzz said: “Our customers are becoming more sophisticated and e-savvy, as a result we have been looking for opportunities to offer additional added-value services to ensure their trip is smooth and stress free.

“Stansted Express offers our flyers a fast and efficient service and with our online discounts it is even better value to travel with Buzz.”
