Stayz Give & Getaway boosts charities

Sunday, 21 Jun, 2012 0

Holiday rental site Stayz.com.au is hosting its third annual Give & Getaway for Charity holiday auctions.

Until August 3, in collaboration with property owners, Stayz will auction holiday rental getaways with 100% of the winning bid proceeds donated to CanTeen, the organisation supporting young people living with cancer, and the RSPCA.

A rental getaway is being auctioned each day.

All holiday auction bids start at $50, and registered participants will be able to bid in $10 increments.

The properties span a wide variety of holiday destinations across Australia.

Over the past two years, Stayz has raised more than $130,000 from the auctions.

Roz Taylor, CanTeen’s national partnership manager said, "Every successful getaway bid for CanTeen is an investment in the future of young Australians who are living with and have been affected by cancer."

Visit the auctions at www.giveandgetaway.stayz.com.au and follow the campaign on Facebook at www.facebook.com/StayzAU.
