Stella signs new contract with Travelport
Stella Travel Services UK has signed a new five-year contract with business services provider Travelport.
The deal will give Stella brands Travel2, Travelbag and The Global Travel Group access to both Galileo and Worldspan global distribution systems to service their high street offline agents and online travel agents
Previously, Travel2 and Travelbag were on Galileo while The Global Travel Group, which was aquired by Stella in 2007, was on Worldspan.
Access to the Travelport platforms will connect Stella Travel Services UK to 420 global airlines including over 70 low-cost carriers and give it access to over 88,000 hotels and 25 car rental providers.
