Stobart to lease aircraft from Flybe
Flybe is to provide Stobart Air with two Embraer E195 aircraft under a combined commercial arrangement for up to 20 months.
The two aircraft will be based at London Southend Airport.
Flybe will initially operate the aircraft on behalf of Stobart under a crewed ‘wet lease’ arrangement.
Stobart will take over the operation of the aircraft by January 2018, but in the meantime they will operate in Flybe branding under the existing franchise deal between the two companies.
