Strategic moves on Bali
PERTH – Another airline is about to join the competition on the Perth-Bali route.
Strategic Airlines, which launched commercial services from Perth to Derby last month, has scheduled the start of its international operations with a first flight to Bali (Denpasar) on June 12 – subject to regulatory approval.
Launch tickets were being offered from $99 one way inclusive of taxes .
Strategic is an Australian owned and operated full-service airline, with its head office located in Brisbane.
For the past nine years it has operated as a charter airline, but has recently expanded its domestic commercial route network.
Strategic Airlines’ head of commercial, Damien Vasta, said, “Our decision to develop our business in WA has been driven by the ongoing expansion of the energy and resources sectors in this state, with a growing demand for both charter and regular public transport services.â€
