Strong Aussie dollar bites into overseas tour costs
Cosmos has cut the price of European tours in response to the strong Australian dollar, with savings of up to 17 percent in its new programme of 2011 holidays.
Combined with earlybird discounts, Cosmos said the 2011 tours “represent the best-value holidays in years and coincide with bargain airfares from the major airlinesâ€.
On sale now, the tour operator said prices in the 2011 Cosmos Europe programme averaged 15 percent less than in 2010.
