The Mole’s home from home in London last week, the Gloucester Park, along with its sister luxury serviced apartment properties Hyde Park Gate and Phoenix House have all been awarded five stars in the Visit Britain assessment scheme.

Under the British Common Standard for Serviced Apartments, all three properties achieved a Five Star rating for their outstanding facilities, on-site management, interior design, cleanliness and amenities.

Gloucester Park’s rating states that the property has a consistently high standard of elegantly furnished apartments maintained to the highest standard in all areas, and provides an excellent range of services and facilities.

The Mole can vouch without question for the superb Gloucester Park in all its apsects and the bottom line is that you could quite simply live there, and many people do, with the minimum length of stay being three months.

The Gloucester Park is ideal for a longer business trip, a business posting to London or as I was told by Cheval Group’s excellent PR Manager, Verena Neumayr of the Luxe Group, “We also get a number of guests who want a base to stay in while in London and also while they visit a range of countries in Europe, which means they do not have to pack up each time the leave to go to Europe.”

Hyde Park Gate – pictured right- was deemed to have beautifully presented, spacious and exquisitely-furnished apartments, equipped to the highest standard.  Visit Britain also noted the well-established management procedures and impeccable housekeeping standards, which resulted in an “excellent” five star grading.

Phoenix House – pictured below- achieved five stars thanks to offering extremely comfortable accommodation of a contemporary style, an excellent range of facilities, and a highly personalised service.

All three properties feature en-suite bathrooms, study areas, fully equipped top-of-the-range kitchens, and stylish living rooms.  Guests are provided with a home-from-home experience, plus the added benefit of an efficient concierge service, in-house maintenance and daily maid service.  Welcome hampers and flat screen televisions come as standard, along with digital telephones, DVD players, stereos and wireless broadband.

A three-bedroom apartment at Hyde Park Gate is priced from £4,400.  Prices at Phoenix House start from £1,197 for a Studio Apartment, and at Gloucester Park from £1,230 for a one-bedroom apartment.  All prices are per week and exclude VAT.

Hyde Park Gate, Phoenix House and Gloucester Park are part of the Cheval Group, which is privately owned and operated, and has 25 years of experience in providing luxury serviced apartments.
