Sustainable Tourism Film & Project Contests Open For Entries
TOURA D’OR Sustainable Tourism film contest and TO DO! International Contest for Responsible Tourism are now open for entries – both winning ceremonies will take place at ITE in Berlin next year.
The way how people decide for their holiday destination and their holiday attitudes are increasingly influenced by the audio-visual media. The TOURA D´OR honours film productions which stand for a socially responsible, environmentally compatible and sustainable tourism.
The TOURA D’OR contest is announced every second year. The award winning ceremony will take place in March during the International Tourism Exchange in Berlin/ Germany.

The future of tourism will depend heavily on whether it will develop in a way which is socially responsible towards the people in the destination areas. Therefore, tourism related projects and measures whose planning and realisation ensure the involvement of the different interests and requirements of the local people through participation can be entered for the contest TO DO! The awarded projects are to be made known to a wide public. The award ceremony takes place annually in March during the International Tourism Exchange in Berlin/Germany.
