Swan Hellenic inks India partnership with Travel Planners
Cruise line Swan Hellenic has tapped Travel Planners (E.I.) Pvt. Ltd. to boost brand recognition and sales in the Indian subcontinent.
The companies signed a strategic partnership agreement to cement the cruise line’s presence in India which is one of the largest fly-cruise markets in Asia.
The tie-up will offer Swan Hellenic customers in India ‘outstanding support with all the benefits of full sea-sky integration,’ said Swan Hellenic CEO Andrea Zito.
Travel Planners has 30 years’ experience serving the India market across several niches including expedition and sports travel.
"The growing aspirations of adventurous Indian travellers to visit relatively unexplored territories can now become a reality," said S. Dasgupta, Travel Planners MD.
The new partnership expands Swan Hellenic’s goal of a direct presence in all major markets globally.
It increases Swan Hellenic’s presence in Asia after the line inked a similar agreement with TAM Wing Kun Holdings covering several East and Southeast Asia markets, including Hong Kong, mainland China and Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
