Tesco director joins TUI in new marketing role
TUI UK & Ireland has appointed a former Tesco director in the newly-created role of director of brand marketing and content.
Toby Horry will take responsibility for the brand marketing and content teams when he starts on November 19.
He joins TUI UK & Ireland following three years at Tesco, where he was most recently customer propositions director and, before that, digital marketing director.
Before that he spent nine years at agency Dare, where he was managing director and worked with notable global brands such as Vodafone and Barclays.
He will report into Katie McAlister, TUI UK and Ireland chief marketing officer, who said: "Toby is passionate about customer experience and has years of experience understanding the role brand plays within the context of digitally-enabled consumers lives."
