Thailand on track for 7-10 million tourists in 2022
About 1.3 million foreign travellers have visited Thailand so far in the first five months of 2022, as it targets 7 – 10 million for the full year.
That is the target set by the Tourism and Sports Ministry, which is achievable, says TAT governor Yuthasak Supasorn.
Yuthasak expects to see more than 3.25 million tourists from Europe and the Middle East this year.
Over 500,000 tourists entered Thailand in May with India the top source market followed by the UK.
