The Bahamas lifts testing for fully vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travellers will no longer require a Bahamas Travel Health Visa or pre-travel Covid-19 testing to enter the Bahamas.
All unvaccinated travellers aged two and older are required to supply a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to travel a.
Changes go into effect at on Sunday, 19 June 2022.
“We want to streamline the entry process for travellers as much as possible, all while ensuring we are protecting public health,” said Chester Cooper, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation. “
Travellers must also follow all local guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing.
