The Standard Singapore set to open
The much awaited opening of The Standard, Singapore is just days away.
The Standard announced the opening of its newest location in November 2024, marking its fifth Asia Pacific hotel.
The Singapore hotel is located in Orange Grove Road just steps away from the Botanic Gardens and the Orchard Road shopping district.
It houses 143 rooms across eight floors, each with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the pool.
The property pays homage to the nearby botanical gardens and features works from local artists.
The Standard’s culinary concepts include the Kaya Izakaya experience and Café Standard, with an all-day menu in a bistro setting.
Amar Lalvani, Executive Chairman of Standard International said: “We couldn’t be more excited to open in Singapore. This city is going through an incredibly dynamic period and emerging into an important global commercial, cultural, and creative hub.”
Singapore joins The Standard’s global portfolio alongside properties in Bangkok, Hua Hin, Maldives, New York City, Miami, Ibiza and London.
