5. 54% of journalists say that PRs do not understand th4 difference between a pitch and a press release

6. 86% want to be pitched by email not phone

7. 23% of travel journalists receive 20 to 30 press releases a day

8. 74.9% of travel journalists loathe it when a press release is followed up with a phone call

9. The number one complaint about press releases is "irrelevant blanket press releases"
