Thomas Cook fills last slot in exec team

Thomas Cook has appointed Chris Onslow managing director of sales.

Mr Onslow takes up the last position in Thomas Cook’s new executive team following the merger of tour operations and distribution. He started work this week, and is responsible for managing Thomas Cook’s sales channels including the 650 shops, call centres and new media.

Mr Onslow previously worked as a director for ASDA, and has a background in retail including director roles at Burton Menswear and Adams Childrenswear.
