Thomson launches new hotel concept
Thomson is making a stab for the more sophisticated clubbers’ market with the launch of new hotel concept Thomson Scene, aimed at 25 to 35-year -olds.
It said the nine properties, on sale from December 12, were aimed at those who enjoy vibrant nightlife but nevertheless want to stay in stylish hotels in quieter parts of the resorts.
The hotels, all which have ‘chilled out’ pool areas and free wi-fi, will be close to bars, restaurants and shops.
Breakfasts will be served till noon, allowing guests to lie-in after staying out late.
Available only through Thomson in the UK, the properties are Hotel Corfu Mare, Corfu; Grand Oasis Viva Hotel, Cancun, Mexico; Villa Premiere Hotel, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; Kipriotis Hotel, Rhodes; Hotel Porto Mykonos; Melpo Antia, Cyprus; Bodrum Eos Hotel, Turkey; Poseidon Marmaris, Turkey; and Hotel B by Bellonias, Santorini .
