You’ve heard of Wikipedia, right?

Well, Contiki’s has just launched its very own Wiki, stuffed full of everything you ever wanted to know about the Contiki experience, so you can make an informed decision about whether Contiki is the perfect match for your next trip.

Written by Contiki’s expert, well-travelled staff, it is a must-check travel bible on all things Contiki giving you loads of important, insider travel tips about Contiki trips and ‘life on the road’.

This brand new resource, part of Contiki’s new and improved website, is a great way for you to connect with other Contiki travellers. You can read what others have to say and have your own say too – if it’s got to do with Contiki, chances are you’ll find it in the Contikipedia!

Tammy Marshall, managing director of Contiki said, “With our travellers aged exclusively between 18 and 35, researching and planning for their trips is as much a part of the experience as hitting the road. To be able to suss out exactly what Contiki is all about, read about other travellers’ experiences and have all their questions answered is a must for our demographic.

“With the Wiki revolution, creating Contikipedia made sense to us. We dedicated significant time and resources to researching and addressing frequent and not-so-frequently asked questions, and think we have produced an excellent and extensive resource for all potential and past Contiki travellers.

Here’s just a taste of what you’ll find on Contikipedia:

Suggested packing lists for Europe for both summer and winter touring

The low down on ATMs in the USA and Canada

The insider’s word on European winter hot spots

Suitcases vs backpacks – the pros and the cons

A few tips on the sights and delights of Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco

The hottest spots in New York.

With more articles being added all the time, and members of the public adding their own travel tips and comments, this ever-evolving resource always has something new.

Check out Contikipedia for yourself at www.contiki.com/contikipedia. For bookings and enquires about Contiki’s extensive range of holidays in Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, call 1300 CONTIKI (1300 266 845) or visit http://www.contiki.com/ for more info.
