Driving Ireland Dooley Vacations is offering a week-long vacation in Ireland priced from just $899 per person that includes air, accommodations and a rental car. “For those who like to explore at their own pace, this is the perfect holiday,” says the company. Participants start with arrival in Shannon Airport and then spend the first night at the four-star Old Ground Hotel in County Clare, an ivy-clad 18th century manor house tucked away in private gardens in the village of Ennis, a town renowned for its history and Irish culture. From here, travelers can meander as the mood strikes them, getting behind the wheel of their rental car and choosing from thousands of B&Bs for the next four nights. |
The Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa along Seven Mile Beach on the largest of the three Cayman Islands is offering two new winter vacation packages: The “White Sp-tacular” and “Extreme White Out.” The “White Spa-tacular” includes deluxe accommodations, breakfast for two daily and $200 to be used for the resort’s treatment and services that include massages and body scrubs. The “Extreme White Out” package includes accommodations, two breakfasts, two Red Sail Sports sailing adventures, two 30-minute “Seabob” rentals and a $50 resort credit for purchases during the stay. Both packages are available from January 2 through March 31, 2012 and are priced beginning at $299 per night, double occupancy. Prices vary according to dates and category of accommodations selected. A three night minimum stay is required.
