Tour boat sinks, 23 people rescued
Coastguards in Wales said they rescued 23 people from a sinking boat off the Welsh coast last night.
They received a mayday message from the small pleasure bat off the coast of Pembrokeshire at about 7pm Tuesday.
The vessel was taking on water rapidly while on a trip off the North Bishops islands, near Ramsay Island, said the BBC. The North Bishops are a series of small island about three miles off St Davids Head.
Two other passenger boats, two lifeboats and a coastguard helicopter from Newquay in Cornwall were involved in the rescue.
The 21 passengers and two crew are reported to be safe.
