Tourism Malaysia agrees sponsorship with La Liga

Tourism Malaysia has inked a global sponsorship deal with the governing body of Spanish football, La Liga.
 
The tourism agency become’s the Spanish league’s official destination partner. 
 
The year-long deal will give Malaysia tourism heightened exposure in stadiums at La Liga games and on TV broadcasts around the world.
 
 
"La Liga is the best league in the world, with a huge fanbase in Asia," said Tourism Malaysia director general Datuk Seri Mirza Mohammad Taiyab.
 
"This branding exercise will help attract the interest of sports fans in Asia, especially La Liga supporters, to consider Malaysia as their next holiday destination.
