Tourism Malaysia unveils new promotional videos
Tourism Malaysia has launched a new series of promotional videos as part of its Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign.
The initiative aims to position Malaysia as a top global destination highlighting its rich culture, nature and people.
The videos are each designed to inspire tourism partners, airlines, travel agents, and the wider industry across key global markets.
They feature immersive storytelling and visual narratives to inspire travellers in the lead-up to Malaysia’s landmark Visit Malaysia 2026 celebration.
VM2026 aims to reposition Malaysia as a top-tier global destination for cultural diversity, heritage, and eco-tourism.
The campaign covers five strategic pillars: sustainable tourism, cultural and heritage experiences, adventure and nature-based travel, digital innovation, and enhanced global connectivity.
“Echoes of Harmony” video narratives include:
Dramatic landscapes from lush rainforests to vibrant cities
Cultural choreography, from the Malay Zapin and Indian Bharatanatyam to Chinese Lion Dances
Multilingual narration in Arabic, Mandarin, and English, with subtitles for global inclusivity
An invitation to explore Malaysia as a dream destination for Middle Eastern, Chinese, and European travellers
The video collection is produced in multiple formats to maximise versatility, global reach, and impact across a wide range of platforms.
The videos delve into themed segments ranging from gastronomy, islands and beaches” to events and festivals and culture and heritage experiences.
Sulaiman Suip, Director of Tourism Malaysia London, said: “These new videos offer a vibrant and immersive introduction to the many experiences that make Malaysia truly special.”
“They allow us to showcase Malaysia’s warmth, diversity, and rich cultural heritage to the world in a way that is both modern and authentic.”
