Tourist killed in Tel Aviv car ramming attack
A tourist was killed and several others injured in an apparent car-ramming terror attack in Tel Aviv.
The dead man was identified as Italian tourist Alessandro Parini, 35.
Israeli police said a car was driven onto a bike path and slammed into pedistrains.
It then overturned.
“The driver tried to reach for what looked like a rifle” before police killed him,” Israeli police said.
Italy’s Prime Minister Georgia Meloni condemned the ‘cowardly attack.’
Three of seven people injured remain in hospital.
