Travel agents using jet Quay at Changi
Travel Agents are effectively managing groups at Singapore’s Changi Airport using JetQuay’s CIP Terminal, with JetQuay saying that inbound and outbound operators alike increasingly prefer the service because they can easily account for the group on arrival or departure at the standalone terminal.
While JetQuay personnel take over the processing of all check-in and baggage, the group organizers are then free to look after their passengers and ensure all their needs are met in the utmost comfort.
Passengers are transported between the air-bridge and CIP Terminal three at a time on JetQuay’s custom made buggies. With larger groups, they are driven on the tarmac in JetQuay’s mini-bus.
Tour guides have greater control over the group at JetQuay as individuals may arrive by tour bus, private car or taxis at JetQuay’s lobby, to be met by the organisers.
There are also private meeting rooms and designated lounge areas at the terminal that can be branded for the group.
Travel agents catering to high net worth individuals can take advantage of JetQuay’s bundled limousine package to drop off to go to the city or pick up passengers to transport them to the airport.
The pricing for the service is cost effective as JetQuay’s fare is ‘per event’, or up to three persons travelling on the same flight. The handling of larger groups may be considered on a case by case basis.
JetQuay offers a tiered, volume based, pricing structure for agents, which represents healthy revenue and margin opportunities. For enquiries on pricing, please contact the JetQuay sales team at [email protected] .
