Travel Beyond Group New Zealand has joined the Radius Travel network in the Asia Pacific region.

It joins more than 100 agencies worldwide which handle a combined U$ 30 billion in annual corporate travel spending.

Travel Beyond Group is one of the largest privately-owned travel agencies, with local representation in the Asia Pacific region.

It has four offices and a workforce of 50 travel professionals handling the corporate, event management, luxury leisure, and entertainment travel markets.

The global recognition and support network offered by Radius Travel was a key consideration for TBG.

"This opportunity to extend our recognition to our New Zealand operation is an exciting proposition. Having realised the value of the Radius Travel network in Australia, it was an easy decision and clear strategy to extend into New Zealand," Tim Lane, Managing Director of Travel Beyond Group.

"We have reached a stage in our life-cycle where our business and customers have a growing need for global support."

Lane founded the company in 2001 and generates annual revenue of about of about $75 million across Australia and New Zealand.

"We’re pleased to welcome TBG NZ to our growing network of best-in-class agencies in the Asia Pacific region. Becoming a member of the Radius Travel network will support TBG’s objective of continued development of their corporate travel business," said Kieran Hartwell, chief commercial officer of Radius Travel.
