Travel By Appointment renews Galileo deal

Independent travel management company Travel By Appointment has renewed a deal with Travelport GDS.  
 
As part of the multi-year agreement, Travelport GDS’ Galileo platform will be made available to the travel firm which has offices in London and New York.
 
TBA specialises in travel requirements for corporate and entertainment clients.
 
TBA chairman and CEO Maurice Veronique, chairman of the Guild of Travel Management Companies, said: “We have an excellent working relationship with Travelport GDS/Galileo that goes back over 25 years. 
 
“Providing they continue to invest in the latest technology that enables us to constantly improve on our service efficiencies, we will continue to successfully work with them.”
 
Travelport GDS’ general manager for the UK and Ireland Jérôme Moisan said: “Travel By Appointment is a leading TMC and we are glad that they have selected Galileo once again. 
 
“We will continue to provide a high level of support combined with extensive content and leading GDS technology.”
