Travel Indochina unwraps agent friendly booking engine

SYDNEY – Travel Indochina has launched its agent-only online booking engine – TIC Connect.

“To our knowledge, this is the most extensive range and depth of product information to our part of the world available to agents in the online booking space,” said managing director, Paul Hole.

Travel Indochina said the point-and-click booking system would greatly improve service and reduce turnaround times for quotes and bookings, allowing agents access to pricing and information on destinations, touring and hotels at any time of the day or night.

TIC Connect hosts the entire Travel Indochina product range, including its newly released Japan FIT product and its signature Small Group Journey programmes.

“This investment is hard evidence of our faith and commitment to the travel agent distribution system, and agent feedback has endorsed our decision,” said Hole.

Log in details have been forwarded to agencies, Registration is available at http://www.ticconnect.com.au
