Travel Matters opened up to all
ABTA has decided to release a limited number of tickets to its annual Travel Matters policy conference for the first time.
Usually this is an invitation-only event but ABTA claims it has made some tickets available due to ‘popular demand’.
Travel Matters 2017 will take place on June 28 at RSA House, London, 9am-2pm.
The theme is ‘Redrawing the Map’, focusing on crucial policy matters including the aftermath of the General Election and the vote to leave the EU.
Travel specific issues such as the rise in holiday sickness claims, airport capacity, and the new Package Travel Regulations will also be discussed by speakers.
Confirmed speakers to date include Peter Fankhauser, group CEO Thomas Cook Group, Lord Ahmad, currently Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport (Minister for Aviation), Andrew Pierce, consultant editor and columnist for the Daily Mail and Martin Alcock, director Travel Trade Consultancy.
Travel Matters is headline sponsored by Deloitte and co-sponsored by Travel Trade Consultancy. Tickets can be booked here.
