Travel Network Group signs deal with Feefo
The Travel Network Group has partnered with ratings and reviews provider Feefo.
It hopes Feefo will help it grow its online presence, gain further insight into customer behaviour during the booking process and provide significant insight into flight, transfers, accommodation and resort experiences.
Feefo partners with Google to provide Seller Ratings, represented by stars in AdWords campaigns and product ratings and reviews shown in Google’s newly-launched Product Listing Ads in Google Shopping.
Feefo also offers a back office reporting suite with Net Promoter Scoring and Insight Tagging, which it claims helps businesses streamline their services and maximise the lifetime value of their customers.
Feefo chief commercial officer Matt Eames said: "The travel industry has adopted Feefo as the de facto platform for generating genuine, reliable and valuable insights in to customer experiences and we look forward to offering our services to more independent operators through The Travel Network Group."
