The Travel Network Group will host a second cruise conference later this year following its inaugural event last December.

The ‘Evolve’ Cruise Conference will take place on November 13 at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club, near Birmingham.

The group expects to attract more than 125 delegates. Si Prentice, group marketing director, said: "We’ve just hosted our most successful conference ever on-board Celebrity’s Eclipse and know that our conferences achieve real traction with members.

"At this year’s Cruise Conference we will have a host of high profile speakers from the UK cruise industry and a panel of industry experts sharing their views on the outlook for the sector."

The group is also hosting a new Cruise Club TV programme on Hochanda – a Freeview Sky & Free Sat home shopping channel – starting in the summer, and kit will hold cruise workshops in Woking and Manchester.
