Travel Republic unveils customers’ top hotels
Travel Republic has unveiled its customers’ favourite hotels, based on their online reviews in 2010.
Customers are asked to rate their experience from one (terrible) to five (excellent). To be eligible a hotel needs to receive at least 25 reviews during the year.
Managing director Paul Furner said the website received more than 70,000 new reviews last year.

Average Rating: 4.81 - Hilton Dalaman Resort and Spa Hotel in Dalaman, Turkey
Average Rating: 4.80 - Corinthia Grand Royal Hotel in Budapest
Average Rating: 4.77 - Fitzwilliam Belfast Hotel in Belfast
Average Rating: 4.77 - Areias Village Hotel and Apartments in Albufeira, the Algarve
Average Rating: 4.75 - Seaside Los Jameos Playa Hotel in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
