Travel Tech Show expects over 100 exhibitors
Almost 90 exhibitors have signed up for the 2005 Travel Technology Show in London.
Organisers claim the show on February 1-2 at Olympia is Europe’s largest dedicated exhibition where senior commercial and IT management can meet and discuss their technology needs with travel technology providers.
A Product Presentation Theatre will be included for the first time to allow exhibitors to demonstrate latest product developments. This will be complemented by a conference programme bringing together technology experts and end users to present impartial ‘grass roots’ case studies and address technology issues, according to the organsiers.
Event director David Chapple, of Centaur Exhibitions, said: “Already 88 technology suppliers, providing solutions for travel agents, tour operators, hoteliers, airlines and other transport companies have signed up. These include Amadeus, Worldspan, Datalex, Anite, Dolphin Dynamics, ProCon, RWA, Travelink and Telme Farebase.
“By the time of the event in February there will be well over 100 supplier exhibitors.
“Last year over 2,186 senior, commercial and IT management attended and it was clear that both exhibitors and visitors were delighted to have a specific exhibition where suppliers travel technology buyers could meet.”
The Travel Technology Show runs alongside the Business Travel Show, which attracts more than 1,500 travel industry visitors.
