Travelport appoints new MD for Australia and NZ
Travelport has appointed long serving Scott Barber as managing director for Australia and New Zealand.
In the role he is tasked with managing all operations and driving business for Travelport in Australia and New Zealand.
Barber replaces Kaylene Shuttlewood and continues to report to Mark Meehan, managing director Asia Pacific for Travelport.
"Scott’s return to Sydney will allow him to fulfil a key regional leadership role. With our highly differentiated travel commerce platform Scott will be well-positioned to further accelerate the recent successes that we have seen in the region," Meehan said.
Barber has been with Travelport for a decade and most recently served as the director of commercial strategy Asia Pacific based in Singapore
