Travelwits expands into the UK thanks to first agency partnership with Ellidore
TravelWits, the AI-powered search and booking platform designed to streamline travel advisors’ workflows, announced its expansion into the UK market alongside its first UK agency partnership with Ellidore, marking a key milestone in the company’s global growth.
As part of this expansion, TravelWits also announced that Marc Casto, CEO of Casto, a Business Process Management Company, has joined the company as an investor. Casto brings extensive leadership experience across global travel distribution and agency ecosystems, providing valuable insight as TravelWits scales its advisor-first AI infrastructure across new markets and builds on recent industry momentum across North America, including acceptance into Virtuoso®’s preferred partner portfolio and designation as a preferred booking platform by GBTNetwork and OvationNetwork.
Ellidore is a global lifestyle management company with a dedicated travel agency operating exclusively for its private members. Headquartered in the UK with international offices, Ellidore will leverage the TravelWits platform to support complex itinerary design, internal collaboration, and scalable growth, while preserving the high-touch, highly personalized service its members expect.
Modernizing advisor workflows
“As an agency focused on highly bespoke travel, we were looking for technology that could support complexity without compromising the client experience,” said Ed Farrelly, Chief Travel & Experiences Officer. “TravelWits allows us to work more efficiently behind the scenes while staying fully focused on delivering thoughtful, personalized journeys for our clients.”
“Ellidore represents exactly the kind of modern, service-driven agency we built TravelWits for,” said Arman Bimatov, Co-Founder and CEO of TravelWits. “Their focus on bespoke travel and client experience aligns perfectly with our advisor-first philosophy. This partnership marks an important first step in building a strong UK agency ecosystem.”
Casto added, “The UK is a strategically important market with sophisticated agencies that value both efficiency and service excellence. TravelWits is uniquely positioned to support that balance by modernizing advisor workflows without disrupting the trusted advisor-client relationship.”
TravelWits’ platform aggregates air, hotel, car, cruise, and other content sources into a single AI-powered interface, reducing booking time by up to 4x while enabling smarter pricing, up-sell opportunities, and collaborative itinerary design. Operating on a bring-your-own-content model, the platform integrates seamlessly with agency, host, and consortia rates, ensuring advisors retain control of their relationships, pricing, and client experience.
With active expansion underway in the US, Canada, UK, Latin America, and Australia, TravelWits is positioning itself as a global advisor technology infrastructure layer, not just a booking tool, built to support the next generation of modern travel advisors and agencies.
