TTNG homeworkers report record January
The Travel Network Group’s homeworking division has reported record sales for the start of the year, despite all the ‘noise about Brexit’.
The 122 Independent Travel Experts achieved sales of £2.8 million in January, a record month, and also a record day of sales on January 31.
"This business has been flying since Christmas and it looks like it’s not going to let up any day soon. Many of the Homeworkers are reporting their best-ever months in January and the beginning of February has started well," said Lisa Henning, group membership services director for The Travel Network Group.
"Given all the noise around Brexit, it’s heartening to see that as a nation we are continuing to see our annual holidays as a ‘must have’."
A new Customer Care Centre was launched in Woking at the end of last year for the homeworking division and a new CRM system is rolled-out across the business.
Sales of ancillary products are already seeing an increase of 22% since the system’s implementation.
