TTNG to launch Cruise Ambassador programme
The Travel Network Group is to introduce a Cruise Ambassador programme starting next month.
The programme will see member agents join a weekly webinar when they will get a full briefing on what’s new and available to their business to help them grow their cruise sales.
Webinars will cover weekly offers repackaged by the Cruise Club team, social media messages that can be sent to consumers, details of window cards/posters for retail outlets and updates on commercial incentives.
They will also tell agents about ship launches, opportunities for educationals and details of training seminars.
Lisa Henning, The Travel Network Group’s chief operating officer, said: "This initiative is one of our ‘Beyond the Expected’ conference promises and continues to demonstrate our commitment to helping our members maximise their efforts in the cruise sector.
"The Cruise Club Ambassador programme is designed to drive incremental sales for members through us supporting them with additional resources, to help them leverage all the sector has to offer.
"Each week we will deliver to our Ambassadors an in-depth analysis of the trading information we receive from our partners and share competitor data, which will in turn help them focus their marketing plans for the week ahead and achieve greater speed to market.
"Within 24-hours of announcing the initiative we had more than 30 members sign up. We are confident this will be very popular with members."
Invites have been sent to all the group’s members across the UK asking them to nominate their Cruise Club Ambassador.
Weekly webinars will start at the beginning of July.
