TUI appoints new director of investor relations
Peter Krüger is to take over as TUI Group director of investor relations and special projects.
He joins from Deutsche Bank, where he spent 13 years working in investment banking in Frankfurt. His most recent role at the bank was managing director.
In a long-standing career in banking, the 40-year-old has been involved in a large number of mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt transactions for renowned international groups and financial investors.
In addition to holding dialogue with shareholders and analysts, Krüger will also be in charge of strategic and financial projects launched by TUI Group.
