Two key appointments at glh Hotels
London hotel owner and operator, glh Hotels, has appointed two new senior managers to its head office team.
The appointments come as the group continues to expand and refresh its portfolio of 17 properties.
Joey Goei has joined as design manager, responsible for overseeing all interior design projects for existing and new hotels, which includes the Guoman, Amba, every, Thistle and Thistle Express brands.
She joins from Accor Hotels UK & Ireland, where she was project manager and oversaw projects including Novotel London Canary Wharf, MGallery Leicester Square, Ibis Styles Ealing and Mercure Bridgwater.
Goei will report into glh Hotels property director Paul Phillips.
Meanwhile, Paul Knightley, former general manager of Thistle City Barbican, has been promoted to group operations manager for the Thistle, Thistle Express and every hotels brands, reporting directly into glh Hotels operations director Mike Magrane.
Magrane said: "Paul brings 17 years of Thistle Hotels experience and is the perfect choice for this role."
