Two migrants found on UK-bound train, another injured on tracks
Eurotunnel passenger services have resumed following a closure of the Channel Tunnel early this morning when a large number of migrants broke into the French terminal.
Three migrants were injured and have been taken to hospital. Two were discovered on a UK-bound train, another was found near the tracks.
Services were disrupted after the tunnel was closed for around 90 minutes, said the BBC.
However, Eurotunnel said services have since resumed and are now running on time. Eurostar services were not affected.
Only a week ago, a migrant died after apparently jumping on to a Eurotunnel train heading to the UK.
