Two new five-star hotels in Mexico
Barcelo Hotels & Resorts held grand openings for two new five-star, all-inclusive luxury Riviera Maya hotels.
“The Barcelo Riviera Maya Resort is operating at full service having escaped any major weather damage this summer,” said Oscar Serrano, commercial director for Barcelo.
The new luxury hotels offer “one of the most activity oriented, all-inclusive programs in Mexico,” according to the company.
In addition to full meal service and house cocktails, there are complimentary mini-bar refreshments, various water sports, horseback riding, miniature golf and other amenities.
The new properties are the Barcelo Maya Colonial and The Barcelo Tropical Beach.
The new hotels are adjacent to the two existing Barcelo Hotels on the site of a protected coral reef.
