United Airlines slashes regional routes
United Airlines announced multiple route cuts across its regional network. All the impacted flights are operated by United Airlines’ regional partners including SkyWest Airlines, Republic Airways, Air Wisconsin and CommutAir.
It includes Denver to Dayton, Ohio, Newark to Oklahoma City, Omaha and Knoxville, Houston to Columbia, South Carolina, and Chicago to Jackson, Mississippi. A total of 17 domestic routes are being cut.
It is part of ‘regular adjustments to its schedule in response to market demand,’ United said.
