US sets target of 90 million international travelers
The US government has laid out a strategy to revive the tourism sector. It is targeting 90 million international travelers a year by2027
The five-year plan hopes to generate an estimated $279 billion a year in spending by visiting tourists, the Commerce Department said.
It aims for a more ‘inclusive, equitable, sustainable and resilient travel and tourism industry’ than ever before, Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said.
Pre-pandemic in2019, nearly 80 million international travelers visited the US.

OK, Nice to hear, but when are they going to drop the requirement for PCR testing to enter the country? That would open the doors IMMEDIATELY and they would not need to spend the millions on promotions!!
