User “unfriendliness” is the number one barrier to acceptance and full usage of a CBT by corporate travellers.

At Billian IT Solutions, we recently surveyed contacts within various companies across the UK who had implemented a Corporate Booking Tool and discovered that the number one reason that corporate travellers neither use it at all, or not nearly as effectively as they could, is the lack of "user friendliness".

Intrigued by this response, we called several users, in order to probe a bit deeper, only to find that there are still several instances where booking engines have transition pages that can take a full five minutes to confirm a booking. Other corporate self bookers commented that their CBT was "just too complicated" and a recurring theme was "there’s an issue every time I use it"

Billian IT Solutions has used its’ development team’s experience in Business Travel to design Travelflow for Business,  a user friendly, innovative, cost effective Corporate Booking Tool that can completely allay these fears. It will also ensure all travel policy details are mandated and administered online with the minimum of effort and bookings can be checked and approved by the traveller’s approver and/or manager.

To find out how we can make life easy for your corporate customers who need a simple but highly efficient self booking tool, contact us to arrange a demonstration.
