Vertical woos back director
Vertical Systems has wooed back Rob Barker to the role of development director.
He rejoins the group from Setnet Global, which he joined in 2011 after a 15-year term with Vertical.
His return will see him spearhead both development and sales teams at Vertical in a bid to generate more customer sales and allow the development of new products.
"My previous tenure at Vertical means I already possess in-depth knowledge and an understanding of our core products and their potential; it’s now my job to ensure we refine the technology and continue to develop and deliver new products to market," said Barker.
Vertical Group CEO Peter Healey added: “With Rob overseeing the project functions, I am comfortable that the teams will work in harmony to implement our growth strategy.
"His technical background and customer knowledge are exceptional and complimentary to our structure, and I am delighted to have him on board.”
