Vietjet to connect Danang with Singapore, Hong Kong
Budget airline Vietjet plans to add two more routes, linking the Central Coast city of Danang with Singapore and Hong Kong.
Both routes will operate daily beginning in December.
Vietjet currently operates three routes from Vietnam to Singapore and two to Hong Kong.
"The new routes from Danang to Singapore and Hong Kong will strengthen the connection between Vietnam and two major economic and tourism centres in Asia. Vietjet is proud to promote Danang," said Vietjet Vice President, Nguyen Thanh Son.
Danang is a popular tourst hub in its own right as well as the gateway to the historic towns of Hue and Hoi An.
Vietjet has ordered new Airbus aircraft, including the extended range A321XLR, giving it further options for expansion across Asia and beyond.
