Vietnam Airlines to resume daily London flights
Flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will boost London flights to daily later this year.
Daily London Heathrow services are set to resume from 29 October 2023.
The airline will operate four flights per week from Hanoi and three from Ho Chi Minh City on Boeing B787-9 Dreamliners.
Vietnam Airlines launched the first ever direct London flights in December 2011.
After a two-year pandemic suspension, London flights restarted in June 2022.
Vietnam Airlines will initially increase the frequency of flights from three to five flights per week from 1 July.
Phan The Thang, GM, UK & Ireland said: “With the resumption of daily services again for this winter, we are determined to return to pre-pandemic passenger numbers.”
