Virgin Hotels has updated its app to offer more contactless options.
Virgin Hotels’ ‘personal comfort assistant’ known as Lucy, has been updated with new features including keyless entry and room selection.
These options are available when joining Virgin Hotels’ loyalty and preferences program, The Know.
It also includes contactless check-in and allows a cellphone to control guestroom lighting.
Lucy’s current functions include controlling the thermostat and TV remote, as well as odering room service from anywhere on the property.
The features are rolled out for guests staying at the recently reopened Virgin Hotels Dallas and Virgin Hotels Nashville which has just launched in the city’s Music Row.
It will expand to other hotels in the portfolio soon.
