Virgin launches Mauritius flights
Virgin Atlantic Airways launches its first non-stop service between London Heathrow and Mauritius on Sunday (October 29).
The route will be operated by an Airbus A340-300 with 240 seats – 34 Upper Class, 35 Premium Economy and 171 Economy.
Services will operate twice a week on Fridays and Sundays from Heathrow and Saturdays and Mondays from Mauritius.
Flights from Heathrow will leave on Fridays at 20:00, arriving into Mauritius at 12:00 the following day, and Sunday departures leave at 18:50 arriving into Mauritius at 10:50 the following morning.
Return flights from Mauritius depart on Saturdays at 14:00 arriving into Heathrow the same day at 22:25 and flights on Mondays leave at 12:50, arriving into Heathrow at 21:15 the same day.
Virgin also launched flights to Kingston, Jamaica, this week.
