Virgin launches Tel Aviv route
Virgin Atlantic has announced a daily Heathrow-Tel Aviv service, starting on September 2019.
Economy tickets for the five-hour flight, to Ben Gurion airport, will start at £358 return.
Premium tickets start at £662 return and Upper Class seats start at £1,278.
The launch service departs Heathrow at 13:30, arriving Tel Aviv at 20:35. The return service leaves Tel Aviv at 07:15, arriving into Heathrow at 11:10.
From October 27, the service times will change, departing Heathrow at 16:00, arriving into Tel Aviv at 23:05, with the return service leaving Tel Aviv at 06:05 and arriving into Heathrow at 09:55.
