Virgin Voyages teams up with Virtuoso
Cruise startup Virgin Voyages has inked a partnership with Virtuoso to tap its network of luxury travel advisors.
Virgin joins Virtuoso’s preferred cruise program offering travel advisors a range of perks for clients.
It expands on existing partnerships Virtuoso has with other Virgin group brands including Virgin Galactic and Virgin Limited Edition.
"Being selected by Virgin Voyages as a partner is a great tribute to the strength of our travel agency members as a directional sales force," said Virtuoso vice president Beth Butzlaff.
Virgin’s Scarlet Lady begins sailing adult-only Caribbean cruises from Miami next year with fares inclusive of gratuities, all dining, Wi-Fi, and basic beverages.
The line has promised there will be no non-commissionable fares.
It also recently announced The Beach Club at Bimini, a new private Bahamas beach experience which will feature on all itineraries.
"With an exciting approach to cruising coupled with its advisor-friendly attitude, we are proud to help Virgin Voyages debut on the high seas," Butzlaff added.
Virtuoso’s preferred cruise program now includes 32 lines.
